Petitions are available for pickup.

Please remember there are new NYS requirements for notaries. See PDF below.

When you bring your petitions to HQ.

• Original petitions will be collected

• You will get a photocopy of your petition.

• You will need to mark the approximate time you gathered each signature next to the date on the petition copy and fill out the cover sheet.

• A second copy of your photocopy will be made and placed in a binder that will serve as a record at HQ.

WHEN YOU LEAVE HQ

• You will receive a copy for your records

• A copy of your log will be secured in a notary binder
