All,
I want to begin by thanking you for your dedication and efforts on behalf of our party and the candidates for the 2025 election cycle. As you know, I have strived to communicate our expectations clearly and early, especially as we approach Primary Election Day and our Get Out the Vote (GOTV) operations.
Starting with our GOTV Lit Blitz on Saturday, June 21st, and continuing with follow-up activities on Primary Day GOTV on Tuesday, June 24th, you have been assigned to serve as part of the ground game team supporting the campaign to re-elect the Smyth Republican Town Team for Huntington.
Below, you will find a brief outline of the GOTV operations for LD14, beginning with the Lit Blitz on June 21st and extending through Primary Day GOTV on June 24th. Please begin coordinating your schedules to ensure full participation in this critical effort.

The GOTV Weekend and Primary Day schedule is as follows:
Saturday: June 21 | 10:30 AM | PRIMARY ELECTION GOTV LIT BLITZ
● Campaign Headquarters: 229 Main St., Suite 204, Huntington
SCGOP PRIMARY ELECTION 2025 | HUNTINGTON SCHEDULE | JUNE 24TH
11:00 AM→ Report to Huntington GOP HQ
● Appointed Officials, Volunteers, and Committee Members REPORT to
● Huntington GOP HQ→ 229 Main St., Suite 204, Huntington
11:30 PM→ DEPART TO THE FIELD
● Teams depart to the field (target EDs)
12:00 PM-4:30PM→ Knock & Drag
● GOTV Knock and drag
4:30 PM-5:30PM→ DINNER
● Huntington GOP HQ→ 229 Main St., Suite 204, Huntington
5:00 PM-8:30PM→ Teams Return to GOTV Push
● Based on turnout surveys, teams will be sent back to door-to-door to knock & drag
● GOTV push calls
You, the Warriors of the Suffolk GOP, must be prepared to spend the ENTIRE DAY on the phones at Headquarters right through 9 PM on Election Day. The Suffolk GOP will send volunteers like yourself multiple times throughout the day. We will also provide you with a grab-and-go lunch as well as dinner.
