This is a free event and you should account for traffic -- both Presidential Debate-related and rush hour -- plus there will be road closures throughout the day for security reasons. Your best option is to take Meadowbrook State Parkway to Exit M4 (from either northbound or southbound MSP) but look for the "Charles Lindbergh Blvd/Museum Row" off-ramp and take that from the open portion of Charles Lindbergh Blvd. to 101 James Doolittle Blvd., where the Marriott is located.
